Study topics in English in 9A for fall 2015

Hello,

In autumn 2015, will we read the following topics in the book "Good Stuff D":

1. Body and soul

2. Animal rights

3. That´s life

4. Pressure

We work like this on lesson: First you read and listen about the topics in the book. Then we discuss the topic. After you get writing assignments and grammar exercises on stencils. 

You work like this at home: Every Monday, you must show that you have done your homework and hand in writing homework. The grammar you hand in or we'll go through it on lesson. The new words you learned from the chapter, you should write down when it's dictation.     

I will update your study plan on this blog every week so you will know your home work, what pages to read, the writing assignment and how many grammar stencils to do. There will be two English testes this semester, I'll let you know the dates soon.

Kapitel 1 Body and soul 24 - 31 augusti

From 24 august until 31 august we will work with chapter 1 "Body and soul" in the book "Good stuff D". We will read the chapter of "Jill's sisters nose" and work with glosses, writing and grammar exercises.  

On Monday 31 august, we will have a dictation of the glosses on page 7. You can practice the words of the text "Jill's sisters nose" in part 1 and 2 by clicking on the link here: Glosmaskin chapter 1 "Body and soul".

Undervisning

Vi arbetar efter ett arbetsschema och varvar läs, skriv- och hörförståelseövningar med diskussionsövningar.
